I got 494/600 in Tamil Nadu board exam and 92.4 percentile in JEE Main Jan 2019 and 84.85 sastra cutoff. Can I get IT or ICT seat in sastra?

It can't be told for sure but best thing would be if you enroll yourself in the counseling rounds, then you might stand a good chance. Wait till the end rounds of counseling.

Actually it's very hard to predict whether you will get it or not. Best thing is to apply for the counseling and see the cutoff variation because it depends on SASTRA administration on how much cutoff will go this year. So best of luck.
