I got 5.0 band in IELTS and now I want to do UG from Canada, New Zealand, Australia or USA. Can I get the admission?

For any under graduation study, you need IELTS 6 band and a minimum of 5.5 band in each component. As you have got only 5 band, you need to take some coaching and rewrite IELTS. However, some universities in the UK accept students without IELTS. Provided your class 10th and 12th English marks should be more than 70%.
