I got 5.5 band in IELTS and completed 12th with medical stream. Can I apply for a certificate course in business in Australia?

I want to study in Melbourne & got 6.5 and in listening, 5.5 band in reading and speaking but 5 band in writing. Also, I completed my 12th with 68%.

    As per Australia standard, you better appear again in IELTS exam. You need to score 6.5 band.
