I got 5.5 band in IELTS continuously so I think to go new zeland instead of Canada.wt I have to do?

I completed diploma in computer field after 10th... So please tell me what i have to do to go at abroad for my further study...!!!

    There is no use of 5.5 band in New Zealand my friend. If you want to pursue your higher studies there then at least you should have 6.5 band with no band less than 5.5. Which course are you interested in? If there is anything else, I would like to know.

    Nowadays, most of the visas are refused by the embassy, so it's better to repeat IELTS until you get 6 band or more.
