I got 5.5 overall ban score. Which USA universities or colleges will accept me at this score?

I have completed my BE (computers) and my detailed IELTS score is L=6, R=5.5, W=5.5, S=5.5.

No, I am sorry to say that you won't be accepted by any reputed American university. I would suggest you to apply for European countries.
