i got 5.5 score from ielts.. may i go 2 canada for study base

i want to go canadain toronto..plz tell me how can i go there..

Hi, you will have to retake the IELTS as atleast 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section is required by most Canadian Institutes. What course do you want to pursue and what are your qualifications? Please let me know so that i can solve your queries.
