Hello Thakur, Please go through the following details:
Bachelor Degree: IELTS 6 Bands with no module less than 5.5
Master Degree: IELTS 6.5 Bands with no module score less than 6. If you are targeting teaching or nursing programs requirement may be 7 bands. Check the university course website.

Hi,
It depends on factors like your academic profile, percentage and how selective the university is. If you have a very good academic standing they may accept or offer you some bridging courses in English. You must contact the colleges directly.
