Hi,
As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing masters degree from universities in UK, so regarding that please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable

No you need 6.5 Band. You take some coaching and redo the exam. Or you can take some three months pre session English course and then do your masters
