I got 50 in JEE Main 2018 and my (ST)category rank 4915 can I get CS in BIT, Mesra Ranchi on the basis of HS?

Admission for B.Tech are done on the basis of All India Rank in JEE Mains and counselling, provided the candidate meets eligibility criteria, which are put up on the website www.bitmesra.ac.in. A candidate may also log in to www.josaa.nic.in to view the rank cut-offs etc.
