Jyoti with this JEE score it is hard to get any good college. But the kind of good marks you have got in 12th, you can get direct admission in some good private university as they offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

Sharda School of Engineering and Technology

LPU is the best option. As your class 12th marks are above 90%, you will get 45000 scholarship per semester. And for all information about LPU, visit:
    www.lpu.edu.in.
Never choose Galgotias or BML Munjal.

Your marks says u are not elligible for NITs unless u belong to SC/ST category. If u are nt reserved then start looking for private colleges which accept through boards marks.
    All the best.

You have a good percentage in class XII but your JEE ranking is quite low. I would suggest, you should opt for the preparation of IIT-JEE and try to score good marks if you wish to get admission in IIT or NIT. If you don't wish to give a year for the preparation of the JEE Mains exam, you can go to the college which you're seeking to take admission. Every college conducts its own entrance exam for engineering which you can appear for.
