Admissions for the B.Tech course in BIT are taken on the basis of All India Rank in JEE Mains and counselling, provided the candidate meets eligibility criteria, which are put up on the website www.bitmesra.ac.in.

You have scored very less marks for BIT Mesra, so you cannot get a seat at BIT. You can go for your state government engineering colleges.

I would recommend you to visit the site https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/public/view.aspx?page=46 and check the previous year's OBC cutoff for BIT Mesra and compare your AIR of JEE Mains. There you would get an idea of your selection. Best of Luck.
