I can tell you about VIT. You could get Civil in Vellore Campus. In Chennai campus you could EEE, ECM in the 2nd or 3rd category which would a higher fee.

Your marks is not that good, so you may not get a good college. But, you can try once, if you get a college. Else, you can try in any private college to get admission.
