If you qualify VITEEE, you can only get that college. All your other results doesn't matter. And, that VITEEE exams is only valid for that University. VITEEE is not valid anywhere other than VIT.

I can tell you about VIT. You could get Civil in Vellore Campus. In Chennai campus you could EEE, ECM in the 2nd or 3rd category which would a higher fee.

Your marks is not that good, so you may not get a good college. But, you can try once, if you get a college. Else, you can try in any private college to get admission.
