Hi Seema,
To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

Seema if you want to do B.tech
then there is a lot of options for you in uttar pradesh
here are many colleges which give admission at 50%
so dont worry you can get admission just choose college
