Yes, you can join MBA with MAT examination in Lovely professional University. A minimum 50% is needed and you have 51%.

Yes, of course, they accept MAT score but I will recommend you not to join LPU. Better try for Kirloskar, ISME, NDIM, JIMS Rohini.
