I got 51 marks in CLAT. I scored 3046 OBC rank and 23000 general rank. Do I have any chance to get admission in any NLUs?

I don't think so. With this rank, it is highly unlikely that you will get an NLU. You can try ICFAI, UPES, BVP etc.
