I got 52 marks in JEE Mains, 81% in PCM and total 77.8% in 12th. can I get admission in a B.Tech college?

Your JEE Mains score is not good enough to get a seat but you can apply through your board merit in some goo colleges which have provision of admission through board merit too. Check out UTM Shillong, MIT Pune & SRM university for admission in engineering through board marks basis.
