    It is quite possible, you may get seat in second or third counseling, best of luck.

    Although it is difficult to get computer science engineering with this score. I will suggest you to give a try and participate in counselling. In the counselling form, don't forget to apply for information technology, electronics and communications engineering also. As your score is low. Therefore, in case you don't get CSE, then you will easily get these branches. Also, keep all the relevant documents ready.
