I got 52 percent. What are my chances of getting a seat at NIT? I belong to ST category.

No it is unlikely that you can get admission in NIT with 52 percentile whether you belong to ST category.
You can take admission in some private colleges like, Amity University and Sharda University in B.Tech CSE or other branches.
