I got 53% in HSC but I had 77 percentile in JEE Mains can I get admission in VIT or PICT.

I am sorry to break it to you but VIT doesn't take admission through HSC scores. You need to attempt the VITEEE Exam to get a chance to sit for the counselling. -

6 years agoNo, with this score you cannot take admission in any government college like NIT or GFTI. Your rank will be nearby 3 lakh. If you are interested to get admission in a top state government college of India by counselling then you should have a rank under 2 lakh in JEE Mains. -
