I got 53 percentile in JEE April 2019 and belong to OBC category. Can I get a government college?

Hello dear, Sorry, but my answer is no. 53 percentile means about 5 lakh rank in JEE Mains. For getting admission in NITs or government colleges you have to be in top 15 percentilers, even you have the state quota of 50%. So study hard and get good marks next time.
