i got 54% in PCM and 60% aggregate. am i eligible for applying in IIT ?? can i do btech in comp. sc. if yes then please tell me some college

Yes u r eligible for IIT, AIEEE & many other engg entrance exams. for CSE u have to get a good rank.

IIT JEE requires 60% , After scoring a Good rank in AIEEE or IIT JEE you can get CS in any reputed engg college
