I got 54 marks in JEE Mains and 75% in cbse class XII, and 248 marks in upsee. Can I get a good engineering college?

through UPSEE u can get colleges but not good.u should take drop and prepare for them again.remembered one thing one year giving to not make u older.

sorry Yogesh,With your marks getting into NIT is not possible.U have to look for private colleges.Some of them are good and be precise in selecting them All the best.
