I got 55% in 12th & graduation i got only 38% numbers & pursuing MBA can i join the b.ed course & what the chance to me become teacher?

I am a art site student and i have two language subjects in graduation hindi and english so please tell me how can i join the teaching line in delhi and how its helpful to join govt teaching jobs? in 12th i have 55.5 percent mark in graduation (BA) i have got 38.8 percent mark pursuing mba
