Yes, you can try to get admission here as the college require candidates with 50% aggregate in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue Diploma in mechanical engineering. Also, you can apply for direct second year admission. Check DTE website for cap through admission or choose a good college and take admission through management quota.
