I got 55 marks in jee main belongs to OBC n got 63.2% in bihar board n 62% in PCM. will i get admission in govt. cllg. which cllg i'll get?

How much rank will i get in jee main exam? n this is my 2nd year, n now i will not get any other chance, want to take admission this year. please help. want to do cs. 55 in jee main, 63.2% in board,and belongs to obc.
