There are mainly two branches after 12th (science)+maths group - engineering and B.Sc. You can get admission in both. But in whichever course you are more interested you should go for it.

Myself being an engineering student, I'll suggest you to do engineering. Punjab University offers B.Tech in multiple streams. You can take any of them. I can give you some details about which branch to choose. If you have good knowledge of physics, especially mechanics, you can go for civil or mechanical engineering. If you have interest in coding and knowing how a software works, you can go for computer engineering or Information technology. If you're interested in hardware's and other related components, you can opt for electronics and communications.
