I got 56% in MHT CET and 35.72% in JEE and 76% in boards from OBC category so can I get good college from Pune, Nashik, Mumbai.

Your marks are decent enough to get good private colleges. Take part in the counselling round. Otherwise, try for college level counselling through management quota.
