I got 563932 ranked in JEE & 668 in upcet. Which best Institute can I get admission for CSE?

As your upcey is under following category then following is the best choice. Top 4000 to 5000
For general category in any NIT, and for top NITs needs 3 digit rank atleast. Below 5k, it is hard to get CSE in any NIT (lower also), but can get after few rounds of JoSAA counselling.
