I got 57% in B.E. Mechanical wish to persue M.S. in Aerospace from germany as I love Applied Studies pls tell what are the chances?

My academic graph is up and down type but i have completed engineering with higher second class. I love practical oriented studies. and wants to do abroad with scholorships. so please guide me for the chances of getting admission in germany
