I got 58.8 % in 12th and 54 in maths so how i go long in maths field . is i become a mathematician by doing maths honours from open uni. ?

You can join however if you scored so low so i will advise you to not do experiments with life and do any other course in which you have interest and you are better as compared to Maths.
