I got 58% in 12th boards and 145 marks in JEE Mains 2018 and my general rank is 20991. Am I eligible to get admission?

Since, before going to Mains, the cutoff for boards for the mentioned institute is 70% in boards. Hence, you seem not qualified for that, so you need to go for other institutes or somewhere for drop. Best of luck. -
The minimum eligibility criteria for G.L Bajaj is 70% in 12th with the state entrance exam or with the JEE Mains. I think you are not eligible for taking admission in B.Tech CS in GL Bajaj. Don't worry there are many other colleges which will provide you admission.

Sorry to say. You score is on lower side to get inside this campus.You can try for other private campuses in your state.This campus will take students with good academic score.
