As per your profile there will not be any problem, you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission.

In some college percentage of 12th class may be mention , but you can give CAT exam if you get good course then you can get definelty good college for MBA

For CAT min mark is 50% in graduation
So you are eligible for CAT .
The only thing required to qualify in CAT or any competitive exam is to do hard work.
As you are a B.tech student its not easy task to prepare for CAT aswell as your studies .
