I got 58% in 12th CBSE board & 80 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get any good college in UP, Delhi or Maharashtra for B.Tech CS?

You also have a option if your finantial condition is not very good :-
You can do polytechnic in CS from good govt. college plus bca from distance learning symultaneously.
After then you can do Job along with part time b.tech or MCA distance learning.
