I got 59.15% in my degree(BE Comp Sc). Is it advisable for to go for MBA? Will my past % of my degree will affect in my placement after MBA?

I have done BE in Computer Science and secured 59.15% and to be frank with this % its difficult to get a job in IT domain. If I do MBA will it help me to get a job? If Yes then which level of MAB colleges should I target?
