I got 59.2% in class 12th. What will be better for me among animation and engineering?

The % is fine to start and build a career in Animation & VFX , whereas for Eng it may be slightly less of average . Animation also has a superb career scope but yes it is a very competitive field and you much keep yourself update to survive and grow in this industry.
