The eligibility of B.Com (Hons) is 60% in 10+2 with English or equivalent. So it seems unlikely that you can be offered B.Com (Hons) however LPU has some relaxations for few categories such as:
1. 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants
2. 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University
If you fall in any of these categories, you may get admission, but if not, it will be better to g in for B.Com the eligibility for which is 50% only. Hope this...more -

I must say LPU is pretty strict about their eligibility norms, eligibility for admission in B.Com (Hons) is 60% in Class 12th with English. As per your scores you are not eligible for B.Com (Hons). LPU also offers certain relaxations as well, you can check the relaxation details from lpu website. But you need not to lose hope, you can also look forward to get admission in B.Com.
