The eligibility of B.Com (Hons) is 60% in 10+2 with English or equivalent. So it seems unlikely that you can be offered B.Com (Hons) however LPU has some relaxations for few categories such as:
    1. 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants
    2. 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University
If you fall in any of these categories, you may get admission, but if not, it will be better to g in for B.Com the eligibility for which is 50% only. Hope this

    Hello!
I must say LPU is pretty strict about their eligibility norms, eligibility for admission in B.Com (Hons) is 60% in Class 12th with English. As per your scores you are not eligible for B.Com (Hons). LPU also offers certain relaxations as well, you can check the relaxation details from lpu website. But you need not to lose hope, you can also look forward to get admission in B.Com. I would advise you to connect to LPU admission counselors for complete details.

Yes, with 59.80% marks, you can get admission to Lovely Professional University (LPU) for the B.Com (Hons.) program. LPU follows a flexible and inclusive admission policy, and students who have passed 10+2 in any stream with around 50% aggregate are generally eligible for B.Com and B.Com (Hons.) courses. Since your percentage is above the minimum eligibility requirement, you meet the basic criteria for admission. Admission to B.Com (Hons.) at LPU is primarily merit-based, and in many cases, no compulsory entrance exam is required. However, if you appear for LPUNEST, you may become eligible for scholarships based on your performanc

Hey, with 59.80% in 12th, you're super close to LPU's B.Com (Hons) cutoff, which is usually 60% aggregate including English. LPU's pretty flexible though—they often look at your overall profile, like if you crack LPUNEST well or have good 10th scores, and might give you a shot through scholarships or management quota. It's one of the best spots for commerce in North India, with awesome placements and campus vibe. Just apply soon on their site, give the entrance test, and chat with admissions—they're helpful and root for students like us wanting to level up. Don't sweat it, tons get in this way every year!

From what I've seen and heard from students, yes, with 59.80% in your 12th you can get admission to B.Com (Hons) at LPU, because the usual minimum requirement is around 60% for most undergraduate programs. In my experience, as long as you meet the eligibility and complete the application process on time, you should be fine to join, and you can even explore scholarships based on your overall profile and LPUNEST score. If you want a clearer idea for your exact year and cutoffs, talking to current students or the admissions team helps too.
