The eligibility of B.Com (Hons) is 60% in 10+2 with English or equivalent. So it seems unlikely that you can be offered B.Com (Hons) however LPU has some relaxations for few categories such as:
1. 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards

I must say LPU is pretty strict about their eligibility norms, eligibility for admission in B.Com (Hons) is 60% in Class 12th with English. As per your scores you are not eligible for B.Com (Hons). LPU also offers certain relaxations as well, you can check the relaxation details from lpu web

The first admission requires a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10+2 with English, but LPU explicitly allows 50-59.99%. Final admission and scholarships are subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CUET. To this extent, your score is in the eligible bracket for conditional entry via the entrance exam performance
