Hi sorry to inform you that as per new iit jee pattern only top 20 percentile students are only eligible for iit-jee 2013.The new pattern for iit will have two exam-mains and advanced.The final rank will depend on the performance in advanced exam provided a student is in the top 20 percentile of his
