You should go for some technical courses like SAP,Oracle, Networking, DB, JAVA, Web Development, Core Programming, Android. At least you should take deep knowledge any of these technology for great future and you can continue your higher education with these technology.

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
