I got 6.5 band overall in IELTS only in Writing - 5.5,am i eligible for PGDM course in canada if yes then which college or university?

sir i got 6.5 band overall in IELTS ( Listening - 7.5, Reading - 5.5, Writing - 6.5 ,Speaking - 6.5)am i eligible for PGDM course???If yes then pls et me know which colleges and university should i try for???
