I got 6.5 bands in reading,6 in listening & writing,5 in speaking.....may i get admission in any college or university of winnipeg?

Many Universities require an IELTS aggregate of 6.5 with not less than 6.0 in individual modules. However it is the University that is the ultimate deciding authority.
