    Yes, you are eligible to apply for Canadian universities as you have got eligible IELTS score for maximum universities with a good score in +2 also.

    Yes, definitely. If you just completed school this April and have just started thinking about education abroad, then I'd recommend you to take a year break and consider applying to college next year. You can spend this year building your profile. If taking a break is not feasible, then shortlist the colleges and courses you'd like to apply to. Then, go for a spring start.
