I got 6 bands in IELTS and I am preparing for GRE to get above 290 marks. Can I get admission in a top college for MS in electrical in US?

Hi Harika, 290 is an average GRE score, you may or may not get into a top ranked university and this will depend on your overall profile. Also your IELTS is low. 6.5 band is required generally. You must have completed your Bachelors with good grades too. Your SOP and LORs will also be counted. If the application package is strong then you have a chance.
