I got 6 bands in IELTS exam and have completed my BMM degree and scored 60%. Can I apply for study visa in Australia or Canada?
I got overall 6 bands (listening -8, reading -5, writing -5, speaking-6.5).

You have better chances in Australia, you may be offered admission with ELICOS which is an English language pre-requisite course if you don't meet English language requirements. Email the universities about this, it is upto them if they will accept your current IELTS score. Canada is selective but you may give a try. -
