I got 6 bands overall,but 5 bands in (speaking),6 bands respectively in remaining.can i apply for usa or canada or newzeland.

I have scored an overall of 6 band score in IELTS along with 5 in the listening the module. I have 61% in grade 12 and looking for a Business Accounting or Supply Chain Management program. I passed out in May 2016. Do I stand a chance to get an offer under SPP? My background is Commerce.
