I got 6 bands overall in ielts,And my individual score is 6.0(L,W,R) and 5.0(Spk).can i apply for USA or New Zealand or Canada.
I am B.sc Graduate 2012 passed out.
3years Degree.

Usually the average IELTS score which is easily accepted is 6.5.... But the minimum IELTS score necessary for admission varies from university to university...
So, it would be better to go through the prospectus of your desired university........
