I got 60% in 12th but I am not getting CSE so everyone is suggesting BCA. Is BCA a good option? How is the career in the same?

I can understand the situation you have now. If you just passed your 12th and you don't have any idea about where your interest is, just take a break and you can go with preparation for the various entrance examinations. If you want a short time decision, do Google about whatever comes in your mind.
