    Yes, of course you should prepare for WBJEE, as the eligibility criteria for WBJEE is :-

    1. 10+2 passed from recognised board /counsel.
    2. 60% aggregated marks in PCM.
    3. 30% marks in all category.

    As your aggregated percent is 61% you can prepare for WBJEE exam.
