I got 60% marks in 12th with science stream, 39 marks in JEE Mains and 50 marks in CET PCM group. Which engineering branch should I choose?

hmmmm your marks are not good enough to be select in JEE.WORK HARD AND ALSO TRY IN SOME OTHERS INSTITUTIONS -
I suggest you drop a year and prepare for some good state exam as to get admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating through Central Seat Allocation Board will be based on All India Rank subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination.
