I got 60 marks in JEE Mains and 81% in board. Can I get direct admission in any of the below given private college? Please suggest me.

Colleges like -PSG Coimbatore, RIT Bangalore, BMS Bangalore, TCE Murdai, Dhirubhai Ambani Gandhinagar, Chandigarh group of colleges.

Yes, you may get admission in some of these colleges because they organise campus level counselling based on that you can get admission.

DA-IICT offers admission to a student only through JEE All India Rank. So, I'm sorry you don't have a chance in DA where the last year's cut-off was around 12K and I have no clue about the admission system of the other institutes you have mentioned above.

You can get admission in BMS with CET or ComedK rank. I'm not sure if you can get admission through JEE Mains marks, but you can apply for a management seat if you really want BMS. Good luck.
